• Private sector candidates may benefit from a greater understanding of the PPP concept as an asset/business opportunity.
• The exam tests whether the candidate has achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply the structuring and drafting process of PPP tender documents and the PPP contracts, as well as the management of PPP contracts during the Construction and Operations Phases.
