Praxis Foundation equips you with an understanding of project and programme functions – in addition to the processes and documentation used to manage lifecycle phases. Praxis Foundation enables you to work effectively as part of any project or programme management team. It is a pre-requisite for the Practitioner qualification.

The Praxis Foundation course will enable you to work effectively as part of any project or programme management team. You will learn the principles and terminology of the Praxis Framework approach to project and programme management.

Praxis Foundation key learning objectives:

Characteristics and context of a project and a programme and the benefits of effective project and programme management.
Purpose of the Praxis Framework, the project and programme roles, documents and functions, and their use in the Praxis process models.
Goals and activities within the Praxis Framework process models and how they interface.
Importance and goals of interpersonal skills in the project and programme environment, and their recognised models.
