This course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to blend the two together and deliver projects to meet customer requirements successfully in today’s fast paced and rapidly changing business environments.

Upon successful completion of this training option, you will receive both the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner Certifications.

PRINCE2 Agile^® is the world’s most complete agile project management solution, combining the flexibility and responsiveness of agile with the governance of PRINCE2^®.

Developed in response to demand from user communities, PRINCE2 Agile provides structure, governance and controls when working with agile concepts, methods and techniques. Designed to help professionals tailor management controls when working in an agile environment, PRINCE2 Agile will help practitioners understand PRINCE2 governance requirements clearly and comprehensively as well as the interface between PRINCE2 and agile ways of working.

The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certificate is designed to help professionals deliver agile projects by tailoring PRINCE2 management controls with a broad toolset of agile delivery techniques and frameworks.

The certification will help you to:

Understand PRINCE2 governance requirements clearly and comprehensively
Gain a broad range of knowledge of agile concepts and techniques including: Scrum, Kanban, Lean Start-up and Cynefin
Explore the interface between PRINCE2 and agile ways of working.

PRINCE2 Agile^® Practitioner combines agile concepts with the world’s most popular approach to project management. Developed in response to user demand, the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certifcation teaches you to blend structure, governance and control with agile methods, techniques and approaches.

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certification will expire after 3 years. In order to maintain your qualification and ensure there are no gaps in your Practitioner status, you can either retake the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Exam before the expiry date or maintain your certification through CPD points and a digital badge.

PRINCE2 Agile is suitable for anyone who delivers projects, large or small, in an agile context. It is a valuable training and certification scheme for anyone working within an agile project environment, whether they’re a project manager, project support or part of the wider project team.

PRINCE2 Agile Foundation has no prerequisites. Those without any pre-existing knowledge of PRINCE2 are eligible to sit the certification as this will be covered during the training.

PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner is designed for those who are already certified in either PRINCE2 or PRINCE2 Agile Foundation levels
The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course explores practical application of the PRINCE2 Agile method with real-world scenarios
Candidates can sit PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner if they hold any of the following project management certifications: PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, Project Management Professional (PMP)*, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)* or IMPA Levels A,B, C and D (Certified Project Director)

50 questions, each worth one mark (there are no ‘trial’ questions)
28 marks or more required to pass – 55% pass mark
1 hour (60 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
Closed book exam

Open book exam. Candidates may use the official printed hard copy of the PRINCE2 Agile^® Guidance. The manual may be annotated and tabulated but no sticky notes and loose leaf papers containing additional notes will be allowed
